The beam and slab connection structure of the prefabricated concrete structure comprises a support seat concrete beam, a prefabricated floor slab and a cast-in-place superimposed layer floor slab; the support seat concrete beam is internally provided with a steel reinforcement cage, the prefabricated floorslab is internally provided with a prefabricated floor slab reinforcement fabric, and at least parts of steel bars in the prefabricated floor slab reinforcement fabric stretch out to the outer side ofthe prefabricated floor slab and form anchor bars on the outer side of the prefabricated floor slab; and the top of the steel reinforcement cage is provided with an anchor bar containing opening forcontaining the anchor bars, and the anchor bars are located in the anchor bar containing opening.
