Anti-floating method of thin-wall square boxes
The invention relates to the field of building construction, in particular to an anti-floating method of thin-wall square boxes. The anti-floating method is characterized by comprising the steps of hoisting the square boxes onto a plate through hanging baskets after completion of installation of base plate ribs, water and electricity pipes and other accessories, dispersing and stacking the squareboxes and arranging grid lines, arranging cushion blocks at four fulcrums and carrying each square box onto the cushion blocks; arranging two steel bars above the square boxes in the longitudinal andtransverse directions, binding and fixing the steel bars to a steel tube frame below a base plate mold through iron wires, and binding and fixing the four sides of the square box to the steel tube frame below through iron wires; and pouring concrete to complete operation. Compared with the prior art, the anti-floating method that binding and fixing operation is conducted on the thin-wall square boxes before concrete pouring has the advantages that manpower is saved by 50%; the thin-wall square boxes are connected with a formwork supporting frame, the stability is better, force is applied on the same vertical plane, and construction safety is effectively ensured; and finally, the square boxes are fixed firmly without the possibility of floating basically, and the qualified rate of the flatness is close to 100%.
本发明涉及建筑施工领域,具体是一种薄壁方箱的抗浮方法;其特征是:包括在底板筋以及水电管即其他附件安装完毕后,再将方箱用吊篮吊运到板面上并分散堆放并且设置分格线,再放好四个支点的垫块,把方箱抬放在垫块上;在方箱上方纵向、横向分别设置两根钢筋,并用铁丝将钢筋与底板模下钢管架绑扎固定,方箱四个边都用铁丝与下面钢管架绑扎固定;混凝土浇筑,作业完成。采用本方法对薄壁方箱进行混凝土浇筑前的绑扎固定作业与传统工艺相比,节省50%人力并且由于与模板支撑架连接,稳定性更好,受力在同一垂直面上,施工安全得到有效保证;最终,方箱固定牢靠,基本不存在上浮可能,平整度合格率接近100%。
