The thermal insulation wallboard is composed of a first panel, a thermal insulationlayer and a second panel; the length of the first panel is greater than that of the second panel in the length direction of the thermal insulation wallboard; a steel bar pouring concrete beam is arranged in a groove formed by the first panel, the thermal insulation layer and the second panel at the top of the prefabricated sandwich thermal insulation wallboard; and a steel bar pouring concrete beam is arranged in a groove formed by the first panel, the thermal insulation layer and the second panel at the side edge of the thermal insulation wallboard. The house integrity is good, formwork erection and demoulding are not needed, the construction period is shortened, the construction cost is reduced, and cold (hot) bridges are prevented.
