The invention relates to a super-strong reinforced concrete beam which comprises a beam body arranged below a floor slab and further comprises a plurality of reinforcing assemblies arranged at intervals in the length direction of the beam body and used for reinforcing the beam body; the reinforcing assemblies comprise U-shaped steel bar hoops, the beam body is located in the steel bar hoops, and the two ends of each steel bar hoop penetrate through the floor slab and are in threaded connection with nuts; and a liner piece is arranged between the lower side of the beam body and each steel bar hoop, and prestress applying pieces used for abutting the liner pieces against the beam body are arranged between the liner pieces and the steel bar hoops. The super-strong reinforced concrete beam hasthe advantages that the reinforcing assemblies can effectively reinforce the beam body, and the stability and safety of the beam body are improved.
