The invention relates to a sliding mounting connector of a prefabricated structure. A connecting pipe body is a cylindrical tubular prefabricated member with uniform diameter, inner diameter and length; a least one connecting sheet is fixedly arranged on the outer wall inside one end of the connecting pipe body; the direction where the connecting sheet is arranged and the central line of the connecting pipe body are perpendicular to each other; a connecting fastener is fixedly arranged at the end part of the other end of the connecting pipe body; a connecting groove body is formed in the outerside end of the connecting fastener; a connecting inner screw layer is formed in the inside of the connecting groove body; and the outer wall, between the connecting sheet and the connecting fastener, of the connecting pipe body is movably sleeved with a sliding connecting device matched with the connecting sheet and the connecting inner screw layer. A longer distance of connecting socketing is formed, so that capacity for bearing and transferring stress after connection is improved, and a product has good supporting stability even if special deformation distortion of the connector occurs.
本发明涉及一种预制装配式结构的滑动安装连接件,连接管道本体为直径、内径以及长度统一的圆柱形管状预制件,在连接管道本体一端内侧的外壁上固定设置有至少一片连接片,连接片的设置方向与连接管道本体的中线相互垂直,在连接管道本体的另一端端部固定安装有连接扣件,连接扣件的外端设置有连接槽体,连接槽体内开设有连接内螺层,在连接片与连接扣件之间的连接管道本体外壁活动套装有与连接片以及连接内螺层相配合的滑动连接装置;形成了较长距离的连接承接长度,加大了连接后的受力承载转载能力,即使连接件出现特殊变形扭曲,产品也具备很好的支撑稳定性。
