Radian-adjustable zigzag aluminum alloy formwork
The invention relates to the field of aluminum profiles, in particular to a radian-adjustable zigzag aluminum alloy formwork comprising a rotating shaft, multiple sleeves, connection rods, guide rods,locking bolts and arc plates, wherein each sleeve is provided with two connection rods. The middle portion of the rotating shaft is provided with a protrusion portion, and all the sleeves are sequentially connected in an abutting manner from the protrusion portion to the outside in the axial direction. The side face, close to the corresponding sleeve, of each protrusion portion is evenly providedwith clamping teeth. The end, close to the protrusion portion, of each sleeve is evenly provided with sleeve upper teeth matched with the clamping teeth. The end, far away from the protrusion portion, of each sleeve is provided with sleeve lower teeth identical with the clamping teeth. The two ends of the rotating shaft are provided with locking rings used for locking the rotating shaft so as tolimit the sleeves. When all the arc plates sequentially abut against each other, the side faces, far away from of the rotating shaft, of all the arc plates constitute an arc face. The side face, far away from the rotating shaft, of each arc plate is in a zigzag shape. The radian-adjustable zigzag aluminum alloy formwork solves the technical problem that an existing aluminum alloy formwork cannot achieve effective radian support.
本发明涉及铝型材领域,尤其涉及一种可调节弧度的锯齿形铝合金模板,包括转动轴、复数个套筒、两个连接杆、导向杆、锁紧螺栓、弧形板,所述转动轴的中部设有一凸起部,各套筒分别由凸起部处向轴向方向外侧依次抵靠相连,所述凸起部上靠近套筒的一侧面上均匀布设有卡置齿,各套筒靠近凸起部的一端均匀布设有与卡置齿配合的套筒上齿,各套筒远离凸起部的一端上设有与卡置齿相同的套筒下齿,所述转动轴的两端上设有用于锁紧转动轴以限制套筒的锁紧环,当各弧形板依次抵靠时,各弧形板远离转动轴的一侧面组合形成一圆弧面,各弧形板上远离转动轴的一侧面呈锯齿状。其解决了现有铝合金模板无法实现有效弧度支撑的技术问题。
