Through adopting the commodity anti-theft device, an acoustic magnetic anti-theft clasp of the buckle can be automatically unlocked in a non-contact mode, operation that a shopping mall cashier uses a specific decoder for unlocking is omitted, and automatic recycling of the acoustic magnetic anti-theft clasp in an unattended scene is achieved.
