Gas-tightness door
The invention discloses a gas-tightness door. The gas-tightness door comprises a wall, wherein a door frame is fixedly mounted in the wall through expansion bolts, a door body is hinged with inside ofthe door frame through pin rods, a metal frame is vertically and fixedly connected with the rear side of a door frame inner cavity, limit grooves are formed in four corners of the back side of the door body, and a sealing plate is arranged on the back of the door body. A gap between the door frame and the door body can be sealed by elastic force of an arc-shaped sealing sleeve, a magnet coil drives a rubber sleeve to be compressed on the surface of the metal frame through a limit mechanism, the rubber sleeve performs secondary sealing on the gap between the door body and the door frame through the magnet coil and the sealing plate, therefore, the advantage of better gas tightness is achieved, the problems that an existing door is sealed only by a single sealing ring after being closed, the sealing effect is poorer, heat in the door is easily and rapidly dissipated due to the gap and dust easily enters the room through the gap are solved, and the gas-tightness door is convenient to use.
本发明公开了一种气密性门,包括墙体,墙体的内部通过膨胀螺栓固定安装有门框,门框的内部通过销杆铰接有门体,门框内腔的后侧竖向固定连接有金属框,门体背面的四角均开设有限位槽,门体的背面设置有密封板。本发明由弧形密封套会通过自身的弹力对门框与门体之间的缝隙进行密封,再由磁铁圈通过限位机构带动橡胶套压紧在金属框的表面,使橡胶套通过磁铁圈和密封板对门体和门框之间的缝隙进行二次密封,从而具备了气密性较好的优点,解决了现有门在关闭后只通过单个密封圈进行密封,密封效果较差,从而导致门内的热量容易因缝隙出现快速散失,同时灰尘容易通过缝隙处进入室内的问题,便于人们使用。
