The invention discloses a safety door with a sealing structure for a safety passageway, and relates to the technical field of the safety door. The safety door comprises a door frame, an emergency exitassembly and a waterproof assembly, wherein a door sheet is fixed in the door frame, a sealing assembly is arranged on the outer side of the door frame, a transparent window is fixed at the upper part of the middle of the door sheet, a door handle is mounted on one side of the door sheet, a thermal insulating rubber layer is fixed on the outer side of the door handle, the emergency outlet assembly is arranged on one side at the lower part of the door sheet, the waterproof assembly is mounted on the lower side of the rear part of the door sheet, and a mounting plate is arranged above the waterproof assembly and connected with the door sheet through bolts. The safety door has beneficial effects as follows: the sealing assembly is arranged to facilitate sealing for the outer edge of the doorframe, a fireproof expansion sealing strip with a T-shaped structure can be inlaid with a clamp groove mutually, and the fireproof expansion sealing strip is prevented from loosening and falling offand can expand at a high temperature to fill gaps so as to prevent smoke from passing through.
