The present invention relates to an aerosol spray for cleaning a drain pipe having an excellent foam cleaning effect by spraying a drain pipe cleaning agent composition into a sink drain and a drain pipe. A composition for cleaning a drain pipe is sprayed in the form of aerosol or a foam into a sink strainer, a sink drain, and a drain pipe, such that the foamed cleaning agent stays for a long time, thereby maximizing the cleaning effect. In addition, provided is a method for cleaning a drain pipe of a sink comprising the steps of: preparing a cleaning container having a first receiving portionand a second receiving portion coupled to each other, in which a first agent and a second agent are accommodated so as be to isolated from each other; mixing the first agent with the second agent byreleasing the first agent and the second agent from the isolation state; and disposing the cleaning container in an inlet of the drain pipe of the sink to inject a mixed foam cleaning agent dischargedthrough an outlet of the cleaning container into the drain pipe.
