The prefabricated building component hoisting equipment comprises two parallel cross beams, wherein tower frames are arranged at the two ends of each cross beam correspondingly, and the end parts of the cross beams are correspondingly arranged on the tower frames; rails are arrangedon the cross beams correspondingly, and a bridge crane is arranged between the rails of the two cross beams in an erected mode; and the prefabricated building component hoisting equipment further comprises a data receiver, each tower frame is provided with a coordinate measuring module, so that coordinates of the coordinate measuring modules are obtained in real time through the data receiver. According to the prefabricated building component hoisting equipment, the bridge crane is arranged in an erected mode, and components can be accurately conveyed to mounting parts, so that quick assemblyis realized, the construction efficiency is improved, and the economic cost and the time cost are saved; and in addition, the bridge crane is good in running stability, high in working efficiency andsuitable for construction of prefabricated buildings with various components, and the offset conditions of the tower frames can be monitored in real time by arranging the coordinate measuring modulesand the data receiver, so that the safety performance of the equipment is improved.
