The environment-friendly concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 180 to 220 parts of Portland cement; 170 to 180 parts of water; 740 to 760 parts of medium sand; 800 to 860 parts of broken stone; 210 to 240 parts of recycled concrete waste materials; 70 to 80 parts of fly ash; 160 to 190 parts of mineral powder; 4-5 parts of a water reducing agent; 2 to 3 parts of a retarder; 8 to 12 parts of a filling reinforcingmaterial; 10 to 16 parts of diatomite; 25 to 35 parts of urea; and 8-10 parts of soybean seed coat powder. The environment-friendly concrete disclosed by the invention is relatively low in carbonization speed in long-term application, and good and stable compressive strength can be integrally maintained.
