The invention provides autoclaved aerated concrete, an autoclaved aerated concrete slab and a preparation method of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab. The autoclaved aerated concrete is prepared from 55%-70% of a siliceous material, 10%-20% of cement, 10%-20% of quick lime, 2%-8% of desulfurized gypsum, 0.1%-0.12% of aluminum powder paste or dry aluminum powder and 0.1%-0.3% of magnesia. An autoclaved aerated concrete slab is made of concrete. The preparation method of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab comprises the following steps: mixing the raw materials with water to prepare pouringslurry, pouring the pouring slurry into a mold box, inserting a reinforcing mesh into the mold box, and carrying out static curing; after the strength is reached, demolding and cutting the material, and then pre-curing the material; and carrying out steam curing on the pre-cured concrete slab, and carrying out post-treatment to obtain the autoclaved aerated concrete slab. The autoclaved aerated concrete slab prepared from the concrete provided by the invention has the advantages of low cement consumption, high strength, no cracking and low cost.
