Concrete defect repairing material and preparation process thereof
The invention discloses a concrete defect repairing material which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 25-35% of Portland cement, 15-25% of quartz sand, 4-8% of gypsum powder, 6-10% of fly ash and 3.6-4.8% of polymer rubber powder. The invention further discloses a preparation process of the concrete defect repairing material. The preparation process comprises the steps of ball-milling screening, centrifugal filtration and mixing and stirring. The concrete defect repairing material disclosed by the invention is more scientific and reasonable in formula; according to the material, Portland cement, quartz sand, gypsum powder and fly ash are used as main raw materials; polymer rubber powder and various assistants are cooperatively added; according to the present invention, by matching with the added adipic dihydrazide and the maleic anhydride, the curing time of the repair material can be shortened, the material can be prevented from being damaged after repair, and by matching with the added anti-alkali active agent and the dicyandiamide solution, the efflorescence phenomenon of the repair material can be effectively inhibited.
本发明公开了混凝土缺陷修补材料,包括以上成分(按质量百分比计):硅酸盐水泥25‑35%、石英砂15‑25%、石膏粉4‑8%、粉煤灰6‑10%、聚合物胶粉3.6‑4.8%;本发明还公开了混凝土缺陷修补材料的制备工艺,包括球磨筛选、离心过滤以及混合搅拌的步骤;本发明涉及的混凝土缺陷修补材料配方更加的科学合理,该材料以硅酸盐水泥、石英砂、石膏粉以及粉煤灰为主要原料,配合加入聚合物胶粉以及各种助剂,使得材料的粘接性更好、强度更高、且不易发生开裂现象,配合加入的己二酸二酰肼以及顺丁烯二酸酐,可缩短修补材料的固化时间,防止材料修补后遭到破坏,配合加入的抗碱活性剂以及双氰胺溶液,可以有效抑制修补材料的泛碱现象。
