The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant carbon fiber composite material and a preparation method thereof, and the high-temperature-resistant carbon fiber composite material is composed ofthe following components by mass: 70% of carbon fiber CFK; 1% of inert gas; and 29% of a silicon-containing metal filler; in the preparation process, inert gas is introduced in the coking process ofthe carbon fiber plate primary material; and after baking and coking, the silicon-containing metal filler enters and exits from the carbon fiber plate primary material, so that the silicon-containingmetal filler and the carbon fiber plate are fused with each other, and the finally prepared carbon fiber plate has better high-temperature resistance.
