The invention relates to a high-speed central guardrail cleaning trolley. The trolley comprises a bottom plate; six stand columns are arranged on the upper surface of the bottom plate; four of the sixstand columns are high, and two of the six stand columns are low; the six stand columns form a stepped frame body structure; a top plate is arranged on the first-stage step surface of the frame bodystructure; the bottom plate is provided with a chassis driving system used for driving the cleaning trolley to move forwards and backwards, a positioning steering device used for achieving the left-right steering of the cleaning trolley, and an up-down transmission system used for adjusting the height of the cleaning device; and a cleaning device for cleaning a guardrail is arranged on the first-stage step surface. According to the high-speed central guardrail cleaning trolley of the invention, the body of the trolley can keep a certain distance away from the guardrail, and therefore, the trolley adapts to the guardrail, can move forwards and backwards, controls the speed, can change its direction along with the guardrail, effectively cleans dust and dirt, and has certain efficiency.
