The invention relates to a foundation structure in building construction and belongs to the technical field of building foundation construction. The foundation structure comprises a foundation pit anda concrete layer arranged in the foundation pit, wherein the concrete layer comprises a concrete top surface and I-shaped steel beams; a cavity is reserved between two adjacent I-shaped steel beams;an L-shaped gap is formed in a foundation on one side of the foundation pit; a plurality of steel pipes are arranged each cavity in parallel; pipe opening ends of the steel pipes are communicated witha lower end opening of the L-shaped gap; an upper end opening of the L-shaped gap is hinged with a sealing and covering plate; a plurality of electric heating wires are coated on the inner wall of the L-shaped gap; a power supply assembly used for supplying power to the electric heating wires is arranged on the sealing and covering plate; a bent pipe is arranged in the foundation on one side of the foundation pit; a lower end opening of the bent pipe is communicated with the inside of the L-shaped gap, and an upper end opening of the bent pipe vertically faces upwards; and an odor filtering device is arranged in the bent pipe. The foundation structure has the advantages that the sludge is conveniently cleaned, and the odor emitted by the sludge in ordinary times
