The invention relates to the technical field of pile foundation construction, in particular to a precast pile, a sand filling barrel and a construction method. The precast pile comprises a pile body and end plates, wherein the end plates are arranged on two ends of the pile body; the pile body is provided with a through round hole along an axial direction of the pile body; the inner wall of the round hole is provided with an inner thread structure; and the outer wall of the pile body is provided with concave-convex structures along a length direction of the pile body. The precast pile disclosed by the invention has the advantages of small weight, low manufacture cost and convenience in hoisting and transportation. In addition, the concave-convex structures actually avoid danger that a building on a bearing platform shakes or swings under a function of external force to fall, and safety is good.
