The invention discloses a mechanical pressure dispersing type recoverable anchor rod device which comprises a driving motor, and a rotating shaft and an outer steel pipe arranged concentrically in a sleeving manner inside and outside. The driving motor is connected to the upper end of the rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is connected to a plurality of anchoring devices vertically in the length direction, and each anchoring device comprises gear transmission assemblies and a plurality of radial anchoring parts driven by the gear transmission assemblies. The outer diameter of the outer steel pipe is matched with an anchoring hole, and radial holes are formed in positions corresponding to the radial anchoring parts and radial supporting members for supporting the gear transmission assemblies are connected to the radial anchoring parts. The driving motor drives the rotating shaft to rotate, the rotating shaft drives the gear transmission assemblies to rotate, the radial anchoring parts can stretch outside the outer steel pipe and retracts into the outer steel pipe by means of the gear transmission assemblies, the radial anchoring parts stretch out to achieve an anchoring function ofthe anchoring rod device, and the anchoring devices can achieve omnibearing multi-point fast anchoring in different depths and different directions at the same time. After the radial anchoring parts retract, the anchoring rod device can be recovered from the anchoring hole. The mechanical pressure dispersing type recoverable anchor rod device is simple and safe to anchor and recover.
