The invention provides a closure covering layer of a refuse landfill with consideration of multi-field coupling effects. The closure covering layer comprises a closure covering layer system and an environment-deformation monitoring system, wherein the closure covering layer system is provided successively, from inside to outside, with a gas discharge layer, an anti-seepage layer, a drainage layer,a nutritious soil layer and a vegetation layer; the environment-deformation monitoring system is provided with an environment-deformation monitoring management platform and multiple environment-deformation monitoring units, each environment-deformation monitoring unit comprises automatic monitoring equipment, a layered settlement meter and a data collection system, and each environment-deformation detection unit is used for real-time monitoring of the closure covering layer system; and the environment-deformation monitoring management platform is in wireless connection with and exchanges datawith each data collection system. Aiming at severe service conditions of the refuse landfill closure covering layer, the closure covering layer provided by the invention enhances mechanical stabilityof waste heap slopes, ensures long-term stability of the covering layer under complicated effects in chemical, seepage, biological and other aspects inside waste heaps, and is of practical significance.
