The invention discloses an improved multi-high-rise large-span space grid box type structure which comprises a hollow sandwich plate and a grid type frame wall. The hollow sandwich plate serves as a floor of the structure, the grid type frame wall is arranged on the periphery of the structure and connects the structure into a whole, the grid type frame wall comprises upright posts and interlayer beams for connecting the adjacent upright posts, and the length-to-thickness ratio of each post section of the upright posts on which the interlayer beams are arranged is greater than or equal to 4; and no extra upright post is arranged in a structural layer. Compared with a traditional frame structure, the function of building a large-structure flexibly-divided-space living room can be achieved, and economy is quite remarkable; and the structure retains the advantages of good economy and strong spanning capacity of a traditional box type structure, improves the ductility and the seismic resistance of the structure, and has excellent mechanical properties.
本发明公开了一种改进型多高层大跨度空间网格盒式结构，包括空腹夹层板和网格式框架墙，空腹夹层板作为结构的楼板，网格式框架墙设置于所述结构四周且将该结构连为一个整体，网格式框架墙包括立柱和连接相邻立柱的层间梁，且布置层间梁后的立柱的每一段柱的长细比≥4；结构层内无额外立柱。本发明与传统的框架结构比较，可以实现结构大空间灵活划分居室的建筑功能，其经济性十分显著；该结构保留了传统盒式结构经济性好、跨越能力强的优点，并改善了结构的延性和抗震性能，力学性能优异。
