The invention relates to a fabricated frame structure column-column bundled rebar connecting structure. The fabricated frame structure column-column bundled rebar connecting structure comprises a prefabricated concrete column and a bundled rebar. The bundled rebar is anchored on the prefabricated concrete column, an inwards-recessed cavity structure is arranged in the prefabricated concrete column, and the bundled rebar anchored on the prefabricated concrete column is mounted in the inwards-recessed cavity structure. An anchor socket for mounting the bundled rebar is arranged at the upper endof the prefabricated concrete column, and a middle round hole and peripheral threaded holes are formed in the anchor socket. The bundled rebar comprises an edge longitudinal bar on the upper portion,anchoring longitudinal bars on the lower portion and an anchoring seat in the middle. The lower portion of the edge longitudinal rebar is anchored in the prefabricated concrete column. A grouting holecommunicating with the inwards-recessed cavity structure is formed in the lower portion of the prefabricated concrete column, and a grout discharge hole communicating with the inwards-recessed cavitystructure is formed in the upper portion of the prefabricated concrete column. As for the problems that prefabricated component rebars in a fabricated building are abundantly and densely configured,the number of connector is large, and the mounting efficiency is low, based on an efficient rebar configuration design concept, the hoisting weight is reduced, and rapid and effective assembly is achieved.
本发明涉及一种装配式框架结构柱‑柱集束钢筋连接结构,包括预制混凝土柱和集束钢筋,集束钢筋锚固在预制混凝土柱上,预制混凝土柱内具有内凹腔结构,内凹腔结构内安装下层安装预制混凝土柱上锚固的集束钢筋;预制混凝土柱上端设有用于安装集束钢筋的锚座,锚座设有中部圆孔和外周螺纹孔;集束钢筋包括上部的边缘纵筋、下部的锚固纵筋和中间的锚固座;边缘纵筋的下部分锚固在预制混凝土柱内;预制混凝土柱的下部具有连通内凹腔结构的灌浆孔、上部具有连通内凹腔结构的排浆孔。本发明针对装配式建筑中预制构件钢筋配置多而密,连接接头多,安装效率低的问题,基于高效配筋设计理念,并减小吊装重量,实现快速有效的装配。
