The invention provides a fuel tank charging port cover lock. The fuel tank charging port cover lock comprises a pushing and pressing rod, an electric lock pin, a motor and a first spring, wherein thepushing and pressing rod is provided with a lock pin bayonet and can move in the axial direction; the electric lock pin is movably arranged on one side of the pushing and pressing rod; the electric lock pin is used for extending into the lock pin bayonet to limit the pushing and pressing rod; a rotating shaft of the motor is connected with the electric lock pin in a transmission mode; the rotatingshaft is used for driving the electric lock pin to move away from the lock pin bayonet; the first spring is arranged between the electric lock pin and the motor; the first spring is compressed when the rotating shaft drives the electric lock pin, so that the electric lock pin moves towards the pushing and pressing rod and extends into the lock pin bayonet under the action of the elastic force ofthe first spring. The fuel tank charging port cover lock can simplify operation.
