The invention relates to a high-latitude and polar-region green building auxiliary heating system and a building method thereof. The system comprises a ground surface layer, an underground layer arranged below the ground surface layer and a solidification device arranged above the ground surface layer, and a living place is arranged in the solidification device. The solidification device comprisesa solidification support frame with a heat insulation layer at the bottom, and solidification inlaying hollows are formed in the solidification supporting frame; inlaying hollow plates are arranged on the solidification inlaying hollows, and storage pure water is stored in inner cavities of the inlaying hollow plates; and upper breather valves with the mesh diameter smaller than that of water molecules are arranged at the tops of the inlaying hollow plates. The system is reasonable in design, compact in structure and convenient to use.
