The invention discloses a water-saving automatic trickle-irrigation system. The system comprises a rainwater collection module, a water storage module, a water-fertilizer mixing module, a trickle irrigation module and an intelligent control module, wherein the rainwater collection module, the water storage module, the water-fertilizer mixing module and the trickle module communicate sequentially through pipelines; the intelligent control module comprises a PLC controller, a humidity sensor, a frequency converter, a pressure gauge and a flowmeter; the PLC controller is electrically connected respectively with a disposable flow electromagnetic valve, a rainwater switch electromagnetic valve, a water inlet electromagnetic valve, a fertilizer conveyor, an agitation motor, a liquid level indicator and a humidity sensor; and a variable frequency pump is electrically connected with the PLC controller through the frequency converter.
