The invention discloses a novel physiotherapy sheet. The novel physiotherapy sheet is characterized by comprising a first cloth layer, a first waterproof layer, a graphene layer, a second waterproof layer and a second cloth layer, wherein two surfaces of the graphene layer are respectively coated with the first waterproof layer and the second waterproof layer, the first cloth layer and the secondcloth layer are respectively arranged on the outermost sides of two surfaces of the novel physiotherapy sheet, the graphene layer is provided with a conductive metal structure, the conductive metal structure communicates with an external power source through a connecting wire, the graphene layer is obtained by mixing a graphene powder, a far-infrared additive and a binder, and coating a release film with the mixture and performing hot pressing, the graphene layer generates far-infrared rays of 8-14 [mu]m after heating by inputting current through the conductive metal structure, and thereby thevery good physiotherapy effect is played. At the same time, due to the arrangement of the glass fiber cloth layers and the waterproof layers, the novel physiotherapy sheet is soft and comfortable, waterproof and breathable when fitting on the body.
