Polymethyl methacrylate and polycarbonate composite board and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a polymethyl methacrylate and polycarbonate composite board which comprises a polymethyl methacrylate layer. The upper layer and the lower layer of the polymethyl methacrylatelayer are respectively covered with an upper polycarbonate layer and a lower polycarbonate layer; the polymethyl methacrylate layer is attached to the matte surface of the joint surface of the upperpolycarbonate layer and the lower polycarbonate layer in a thermal attachment manner; the invention relates to a preparation method of a polymethyl methacrylate and polycarbonate composite board. Thepreparation method comprises the following steps: (1) respectively heating and melting polycarbonate and polymethyl methacrylate raw material particles in different preheaters; (2) respectively extruding polycarbonate and polymethyl methacrylate from different channels of the multilayer die head; (3) carrying out three-roller calendering molding on the extruded polycarbonate and polymethyl methacrylate; and (4) laminating and cutting a polycarbonate and polymethyl methacrylate composite board finished product. The composite board produced by the invention has the characteristic of high transparency, meets the characteristics of high chemical resistance and durability, and is wide in application range.
本发明涉及一种聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚碳酸酯复合板，包括聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯层，聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯层的上层和下层分别覆盖上聚碳酸酯层和下聚碳酸酯层；聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯层与上、下聚碳酸酯层接合面哑光面采用热贴合方式进行贴合；一种聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚碳酸酯复合板的制备方法，包括如下步骤:（1）聚碳酸酯与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯原料粒子分别在不同预热器中加热熔融；（2）聚碳酸酯与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯分别从多层模头不同通道中挤出；（3）挤出后的聚碳酸酯与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯经三辊压延成型；（4）聚碳酸酯与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合板成品覆膜裁切，本发明生产出来的复合板具有透明度高的特性，同时满足高耐化学性、持久耐用的特点，适用范围广。
