Concrete anti-freezing agent and preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides a concrete anti-freezing agent, and belongs to the technical field of concrete admixtures. The anti-freezing agent comprises the following components, by mass: 20-30% of modified lignin, 5-10% of polyhydric alcohol, 3-5% of triethanolamine, 2-4% of an early strength agent, 0.2-0.4% of an air entraining agent and the balance of water. The preparation method of the modified lignin comprises the following steps: making a reaction on lignin, H2O2, formaldehyde and water at a temperature of 70-90 DEG C for 2-3 hours; regulating the pH value of the solution to 9-11;, slowly adding Na2SO3; and continuing to react for 4-6 hours to obtain a lignosulfonate methylation product. The invention further provides a preparation method and application of the anti-freezing agent. Theconcrete anti-freezing agent has the advantages that the freezing point of an aqueous solution is reduced, cement hydration is accelerated, hydration heat release is promoted, the system temperature is properly increased, concrete is normally set and hardened, the early strength of the concrete can be improved; meanwhile, the internal pore structure of the concrete is optimized, the internal frostheaving effect of the concrete is reduced, and thus the anti-freezing performance of the concrete is enhanced through the synergistic effect.
本发明提供一种混凝土防冻剂,属于混凝土外加剂技术领域。所述防冻剂由包括以下质量百分比的各组分制备得到:改性木质素20~30%、多元醇5~10%、三乙醇胺3~5%、早强剂2~4%,引气剂0.2~0.4%,余量为水。所述改性木质素的制备方法为:将木质素,HO,甲醛,水在70~90℃温度下反应2~3h,调节溶液pH至9~11,随后缓慢加入NaSO,继续反应4~6h,得到木质素磺甲基化产物。本发明还提供防冻剂的制备方法和应用。本发明混凝土防冻剂具有降低水溶液冰点,加快水泥水化,促进水化热的释放,适当提升体系温度,使混凝土正常凝结硬化,能够提高其早期强度,同时优化混凝土内部孔结构,降低混凝土内部冻胀效果,从而通过协同作用增强混凝土抗冻性能。
