The invention discloses self-repairing concrete, a mixed coarse-fine aggregate fabricated comprehensive pipe gallery and a preparation method of the comprehensive pipe gallery. The self-repairing concrete is microbial self-repairing concrete, and the microbial self-repairing concrete comprises, by volume, a concrete ingredient, 15-45% of recycled coarse-fine aggregate and 20-45%of a Bacillus pasteurii liquid; and the concrete ingredient is prepared from sands, stones, cement and water, wherein the volume ratio of the sands to the stones to the cement to the water is (2.80-3.30):(1.20-1.90):(2.20-3.10):(0.50-0.65). On the basis that concave-convex spigot-and-socket tongue-and-groove connection is adopted at a connector, the self-repairing concrete is adopted for sealing the periphery of theconnector, so the problem that the connector is prone to cracking and cannot be repaired in time is effectively solved, and the anti-leakage effect of the connector is greatly improved.
本发明公开了自修复混凝土、混合粗细骨料装配式综合管廊及制备方法,所述的自修复混凝土为微生物自修复混凝土,所述的微生物自修复混凝土按体积百分比计,由混凝土配料、再生粗‑细骨料和巴氏芽孢杆菌菌液组成;所述的再生粗‑细骨料的体积掺量为微生物自修复混凝土总体积的15%~45%,巴氏芽孢杆菌菌液的体积掺量为微生物自修复混凝土总体积的20~45%;所述的混凝土配料按体积百分比计,由砂、石、水泥和水组成,砂:石:水泥:水=(2.80~3.30):(1.20~1.90):(2.20~3.10):(0.50~0.65)。本发明在接口处使用凹凸承插企口连接的基础上,采用自修复混凝土对接口进行四周密封,有效解决了接口处易开裂不能得到及时修复的问题,大大提升了接口处防渗漏的效果。
