The invention discloses a road surface construction compaction machine. The road surface construction compaction machine structurally comprises a compaction structure, side mounting plates, supportingplates, a connecting plate, mounting frames and fixing rods, the compaction structure is mounted between the side mounting plates; the supporting plates are vertically mounted at the upper ends of the side mounting plates; the connecting plate is horizontally mounted at the upper ends of the supporting plates; the mounting frames are mounted at the upper end of the connecting plate; the fixing rods penetrate through the mounting frames therebetween; the compaction structure comprises a wheel body, fixing discs, a rotating shaft and bearings, the fixing discs are installed on the outer sides of the wheel body, the rotating shaft is embedded into the inner side of the wheel body, and the bearings are installed on the outer sides of the rotating shaft. A notch is formed in the outer plate, the well lid is compacted while the edge of the well lid on the road surface is compacted, and sinking caused by rolling of vehicles after vehicle passing thorugh is prevented; the mobile structure isarranged on the inner side of the notch, the well lid is prevented from being broken. Meanwhile, the well lid and the periphery of the well lid are compacted, and the quality of a road surface is guaranteed.
