The invention discloses a dirt salvaging device for water environment treatment. The device comprises a salvage ship, telescopic air cylinders are symmetrically mounted at the bottom end of the salvage ship, and mounting plates are welded to the top ends of the telescopic air cylinders; one side of the mounting plate is connected to the top end of the salvage ship in a hinged mode, supporting plates are symmetrically welded to one side of the top end of the mounting plate, and a first rotating shaft penetrates through the position between the two supporting plates; threads are symmetrically engraved on the two sides of the first rotating shaft and are in threaded connection with salvaging rods, a first fixing plate is welded to the bottom end of the salvaging rods, a through hole is formedin the upper portion of the first fixing plate, and a net bag is sewn to one side of the first fixing plate; anti-rotation mechanisms are mounted at the top ends of the supporting plates, the middleof the first rotating shaft is sleeved with a first bevel gear, the first bevel gear is engaged with a second bevel gear, and a second rotating shaft is welded in the middle of the second bevel gear;and one end of the second rotating shaft is connected with a motor through a shaft sleeve. The dirt salvaging device has the advantages of being high in salvaging efficiency and saving time and force.The invention also discloses a salvaging method of the dirt salvaging device for water environment treatment.
