A pile hole is drilled at a set pile position; a stirring pile machine is started to a lifting state, and a curing agent is sprayed while an auger bit is lifted; the stirring pile machine repeatedly drills down and drills up, so that soil and the curing agent are stirred uniformly to form mixed soil; the bit is pulled out of the pile hole, the pile hole is closed, and CO2 gas with temperature higher than 50 DEG C is introduced into the pile hole; the mixed soil is pre-carbonized and modified to obtain modified soil; the modifiedsoil is crushed outside the pile hole, the curing agent is added, and the water content is adjusted to obtain mixed modified soil; the mixed modified soil is filled into the pile hole in layers and compacted, and then a permeable steel pipe is drilled into; the pile hole is closed, and CO2 is introduced into the pile hole through the permeable steel pipe; and after the mixed modified soil is carbonized, a gravel pile is made in the permeable steel pipe, and the gravel pipe is compounded with the mixed modified soil after carbonization to form a pile. Through the pre-carbonization modificationof soil of a soft soil layer, the engineering performance of the soil is improved, the strength of the pile is greatly improved, the pile-forming speed is high, and the project cost is low.
