The invention discloses a self-propelled type seabed rock crushing and leveling operating vehicle. The self-propelled type seabed rock crushing and leveling operating vehicle comprises a rack, a pitching mechanism, a crushing head, a travelling system, a power device, a hydraulic system, a conveying system, a measuring and control system, a positioning system and a lifting-dropping device, whereinthe crushing head comprises crushing rollers and a collecting cover; the two crushing rollers are mounted in the collecting cover side by side front and back in a spaced mode; the lower edges of thecrushing rollers extend to the outside of the collecting cover; the collecting cover is hinged in front of the rack through the pitching mechanism; the travelling system is mounted on the bottom of the rack; the power device, the hydraulic system, the conveying system, the measuring and control system, the positioning system, and the lifting-dropping device are mounted on the rack; the power device provides power to the travelling system and the crushing head through the hydraulic system; the positioning system enables the operating vehicle to position underwater, and the measuring and controlsystem realizes underwater motion control of the operating vehicle and monitoring on key parameters; the conveying system is used for lifting crushed mineral aggregates to a water surface mother ship; the conveying system and the water surface mother ship are flexibly connected; and the lifting-dropping device is used for dropping the operating vehicle to a seabed.
