The invention discloses a structure and method for connecting a steel column with a steel beam and connecting a steel beam with a concrete prefabricated wall body, and relates to the field of buildings. The structure comprises the steel column, the steel beam and the external wall body. The surface of the steel column and the surface of the external wall body are each fixedly provided with a connecting structure. The steel column and the external wall body are connected with the steel beam through the connecting structures. The structure has the advantages that the external wall body is firm, installing is simple, thermal insulation, sound insulation andheat preservation are realized, and the anti-pressure capacity is high.
