The invention discloses a construction method for avoiding slurry leakage of the joint between a prefabricated part and a laminated slab. The method comprises the steps of drawing of a working diagramof a customized tool, installing of an embedded part in the prefabricated part, machining manufacturing of the customized tool, installing of a concrete prefabricated part, connecting of the customized tool through bolts, erecting of a laminated slab supporting frame, lifting of the laminated slab, and pouring of concrete. In the prefabricating process of an assembly type concrete prefabricated beam, the prefabricated embedded part is placed in a mold through positioning and installation, mold drilling can be avoided through the embedded part, and reusing of the mold is not influenced; and the parts and components are connected through bolts in the installing process, screw cutting off in the later period can be avoided, the construction difficulty is reduced, and the appearance quality is improved.
本发明公开了一种预制构件与叠合板接缝部位避免漏浆的施工工法,包括绘制定制工具的加工图、预制构件中预埋件的安装、定制工具的加工制作、混凝土预制构件的安装、螺栓连接定制工具、搭设叠合板支撑架、吊装叠合板和浇筑混凝土。通过在装配式混凝土预制梁预制过程中,在模具里通过定位安装放置预制埋件,使用该埋件能避免模具开孔,不影响磨具的重复使用;配套件在安装过程中使用螺栓连接,能避免后期螺杆的割除,降低施工难度,提高观感质量。
