The invention discloses a manufacturing method of an anion fiberglass ceiling. The method includes the following steps of firstly, preparing a photocatalyst emulsion layer (2); secondly, combining a photocatalyst emulsion with a fiberglass cotton plate (1), wherein the face, making contact with the room space, of the fiberglass cotton plate (1) is coated with the photocatalyst emulsion, and protruding points (3) are arranged on the surface of the fiberglass cotton plate (1); thirdly, preparing a glass mat coating (4) containing hydroxyl radicals again; fourthly, coating the back face of the fiberglass cotton plate (1) with the glass mat coating (4) containing hydroxyl radicals, wherein the photocatalyst emulsion is prepared from 20-50% of a photocatalyst, 0.1-1.0% of potassium persulfate,0.01-0.5% of an emulsifying agent and 30-60% of peroxide water. By means of the anion fiberglass ceiling, the problem that furniture in a newly-renovated house emits pollution gas is solved.
