The invention provides a steel bar connecting sleeve, and belongs to the technical field of building components. The steel bar connecting sleeve comprises a steel bar end inserting sleeve body, wherein a steel bar inserting hole is formed in the center of the steel bar end inserting sleeve body; an inserting hole partition wall is arranged in the middle of the steel bar inserting hole; the steel bar inserting hole is divided into a first steel bar end inserting hole positioned in the upper portion of the inserting hole partition wall and a second steel bar end inserting hole positioned in thelower portion of the inserting hole partition wall through the inserting hole partition wall; a first steel bar end guiding-in anti-retreating mechanism is arranged at the position, corresponding to the upper portion of the first steel bar end inserting hole, of the upper end of the steel bar end inserting sleeve body and communicates with the first steel bar end inserting hole; and a second steelbar end guiding-in anti-retreating mechanism is arranged at the position, corresponding to the lower portion of the second steel bar end inserting hole, of the lower end of the steel bar end inserting sleeve body and communicates with the second steel bar end inserting hole. The structure is simplified, and manufacturing is convenient; the construction efficiency is improved, and the operation intensity is relieved; and connection is reliable.
