The invention discloses a building external wall drainage pipe fixing device, and relates to the technical field of drainage pipe fixation and installation. The device comprises a connector for connecting two adjacent drainage pipes, and a fixing structure for fixing the drainage pipes or the connector; the connector includes an outer sleeve; an inner sleeve is connected into the outer sleeve through a connecting ring; multiple drainage grooves are formed in the upper surface of the connecting ring; the inner sleeve is provided with drainage holes communicating to the drainage grooves; the fixing structure includes a fixed base fixed on a wall; two arc-shaped hoops are detachably mounted on the fixed base; and a locking screw assembly is connected between the two arc-shaped hoops. The device realizes connection of upper and lower drainage pipes mounted on the external wall through use of the connector, a locking ring and a tightening assembly, so that the drainage pipes on the externalwall of a building are conveniently mounted; and meanwhile, the drainage pipes and the connector are mounted through the fixed base, the arc-shaped hoops and the locking screw assembly to achieve high stability after mounting.
