The invention discloses a roof drying device and a roof waterproof construction process utilizing the drying device, and relates to the field of building waterproof engineering. The roof drying devicecomprises a rack. A heating roller is rotationally connected below the rack, the rotating axis of the heating roller is horizontally arranged, a push rod for pushing the rack to move through rotationof the heating roller is further arranged on the rack, an air exhaust assembly is further arranged on the rack, and the air exhaust assembly comprises an air suction port and an air exhaust fan whichis arranged on the rack and communicates with the air suction port. The air suction port faces the ground and is located at the rear end, in the movement direction of the rack, of the heating roller,and a dustproof bag is further arranged between the air exhaust fan and the air suction port. The heating roller and the air exhaust assembly are arranged, a roof can be dried through the heating roller, and in cooperation with the air exhaust assembly, the drying effect is better; and the roof is dried through the drying device, compared with natural drying, the drying time of the roof is greatly shortened, and therefore the overall period of waterproof construction is shortened.
