The method comprises the following steps that 1) the long edge of the L-shaped steel sheet (1) is pre-buried in the formwork; 2) the L-shaped steel sheet is fixed to the formwork through iron nail holes by means of iron nails; and 3) after the formwork is used and needs to be removed, the formwork is pried through a pry bar hole by means of a pry bar. According to the method, the formwork removal time is saved, destructive formwork removal is avoided, the service life of the formwork is prolonged, the turnover frequency of the formwork is increased, and the method is mainly used for the field of roof formwork removal.
