The invention provides a terrace screed device. The terrace screed device is characterized by comprising an H-shaped fixing bracket (1-1) and a screed range pole (2-2); the H-shaped fixing bracket (1-1) serves as a skeleton of the whole terrace screed device and is used for bearing and controlling an elevation; and the screed range pole (2-2) serve as a reference for elevation control and has thefunction of surface layer leveling, a pipe body (4) is placed on a transverse rod (3) of the H-shaped fixing bracket (1-1), a bar body (5) is inserted into the pipe body (4), and the pipe body (4) isin rolling fit with the bar body (5) to reciprocate in the horizontal direction of the transverse rod (3). The device solves the problem that the elevation of the middle part of a large-area terrace cannot be guaranteed, and the large-area terrace is divided into a plurality of areas; and compared with a traditional terrace pouring elevation control method, the method is more accurate, the operation efficiency is higher, and the apparent flatness is more easily guaranteed.
本发明具体是一种地坪冲筋装置；其特征是：包括H形固定支架（1‑1）和冲筋标杆（2‑2）；H形固定支架（1‑1）作为整个地坪冲筋装置的骨架，用于承重和控制标高；冲筋标杆（2‑2）用作标高控制的基准，起面层找平作用，管体（4）搁置在H形固定架（1‑1）的横杆（3）上，管体（4）的内部插入棍体（5），通过管体（4）和棍体（5）的滚动配合，在横杆（3）的水平方向往复移动。本装置解决了大面积地坪中间部位标高无法保证的问题，将大面积地坪划分为若干区域；起到很好的冲筋作用相比于比传统地坪浇筑标高控制方法更为精确，作业效率更高，表观平整度更易达到保证。
