An enclosing wall of a pond (6) is built around foundation columns (7) on a flat ground (19) at the lower end of the power tower (1) in a mountain area; a water retaining dam (4) for introducing rainwater or spring water into the pond is arranged in a gulley high above the ground of the pond; one end of a main water pipe (18) is connected with the pool, and the other end of the main water pipe is connected with a water distributing device; the water distributing device is connected with one ends of a plurality of branch water pipes (14); the other end of each branch water pipe is connected with an automatic water spraying device; the automatic water spraying device is placed at a vegetation position which is at least one meter or more lower than the bottom of the pool; and the automatic water spraying device is provided with an inflammable pull rope which is ignited and broken to control the water spraying of a water sprayer. According to the mountain fire extinguishing device suitable for the power tower or the mountain facility, the pool built on the flat ground below the power tower is used as a water storage place, the inflammable pull rope is burnt off by mountain fire when the mountain fire occurs, then thewater sprayer starts to automatically spray water and spray dead branches and fallen leaves, and part of the mountain fire is utilized for flame retarding.
