The invention discloses a filtering and sterilizing structure for a pedestal pan and squatting pan deodorizing device. The filtering and sterilizing structure comprises a machine shell, a first draught fan, a second draught fan and a filter element. An inner cavity of the machine shell comprises an air inlet exchange cavity, a front filtering cavity, a first mounting cavity, a rear filtering cavity and an air outlet exchange cavity which are sequentially communicated. The air inlet exchange cavity is provided with an air inlet, the air outlet exchange cavity is provided with an air outlet, andthe first fan is mounted in the air inlet exchange cavity, so that gas is sucked into the air inlet exchange cavity from the air inlet and is discharged to the front filtering cavity; the second fanis arranged in the air outlet exchange cavity and is used for sucking the gas in the rear filtering cavity into the air outlet exchange cavity and exhausting the air from the air outlet; the filter element is mounted in the first mounting cavity and is used for deodorizing and sterilizing gas flowing through the front filtering cavity and the rear filtering cavity. The water tank is used for filtering odor generated during toileting, and meanwhile, air and water in the water tank are subjected to double-bacterium disinfection.
