Method for preparing porous ceramic material from manganese tailings
The invention discloses a method for preparing a porous ceramic material from manganese tailings. The method comprises the following steps: (1) crushing, grinding and screening the manganese tailingsto obtain manganese tailing powder of 100-200 meshes and manganese tailing powder of 200-300 meshes; (2) determining the addition amounts of silicon carbide, calcite powder, coal powder and water glass according to the manganese content and the silicon content in the manganese tailing powder, and uniformly mixing the manganese tailing powder of 200-300 meshes with the silicon carbide, the calcitepowder, the coal powder and the water glass at 80-150 DEG C to obtain a mixture A; (3) mixing the mixture A with the manganese tailing powder of 100 to 200 meshes, putting an obtained mixture into amold, and pressing the mixture into a green body; and (4) carrying out multi-stage heating sintering on the green body. The mechanical strength of the material is ensured while the porosity of the porous ceramic material is improved, so that the quality of the porous ceramic is easy to control.
本发明公开了利用锰尾矿制备多孔陶瓷材料的方法,包括如下步骤:(1)对锰尾矿进行粉碎、研磨,筛分获得100‑200目和200‑300目的锰尾矿粉;(2)根据锰尾矿粉中锰含量和硅含量确定碳化硅、方解石粉、煤粉和水玻璃添加量,将200‑300目的锰尾矿粉与碳化硅、方解石粉、煤粉和水玻璃于80‑150℃混合均匀,得到混料A;(3)将混料A与100‑200目锰尾矿粉混合,装入模具压制成坯体;(4)坯体多阶段升温烧结。本发明在提高多孔陶瓷材料孔隙率的同时保证了材料的力学强度,使得多孔陶瓷的质量容易控制。
