The invention relates to a preparation method of an anti-sticking kiln lining for a dead-burned magnesia shaft kiln, wherein the preparation method comprises the steps: by using fused magnesia fine powder, fused magnesite-chrome sand fine powder, chrome green micro powder and fused magnesite-chrome sand materials with different granularities as refractory raw materials and paper pulp waste liquidas a binding agent, mixing, forming, drying and firing to prepare a once-fired kiln lining; and taking the magnesium-chromium sol as a reinforcing agent, and preparing the anti-sticking kiln lining for the dead-burnt magnesium oxide shaft kiln by adopting a vacuum infiltration process and a drying and secondary sintering process.
