Preparation process of multilayer-permeability and multilayer-strength false tooth
The invention relates to the technical field of dental ceramics, in particular to a preparation process of a multilayer-permeability and multilayer-strength false tooth. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing at least two kinds of zirconium oxide powder with different light transmittance according to different weight proportions to obtain mixed zirconium oxide powder withdifferent colors, paving the mixed zirconium oxide powder layer by layer in a sequence from dark to light, and then pre-pressing to obtain a multilayer light transmittance green body; (2) carrying out integral dry pressing and isostatic pressing molding on the multilayer light transmittance green body, presintering the multilayer light transmittance green body to obtain a multilayer zirconium oxide ceramic block, and cutting the multilayer zirconium oxide ceramic block to form a false tooth; and (3) soaking the false tooth in a staining solution, then taking out the false tooth, drying, and sintering to obtain the multilayer-permeability and multilayer-strength false tooth. The denture obtained by the method disclosed by the invention is natural and attractive in gradual change from the cutting end to the gingival end, and the strength from the cutting end to the gingival end is changed from 690-1200MPa, so that the damage to jaw teeth due to the fact that the zirconium oxide cuttingend is too hard is avoided.
本发明涉及牙科陶瓷技术领域,具体涉及到一种多层透度、多层强度义齿的制备工艺。包括如下步骤:(1)将至少两种不同透光度的氧化锆粉按照不同重量比例混合得到多种不同颜色的混合氧化锆粉,并将其从颜色深到浅的顺序逐层铺平后预压得到多层透光度坯体;(2)对所述多层透光度坯体进行整体干压和等静压成型,然后多层透光度坯体预烧结得到多层氧化锆瓷块后,对多层氧化锆瓷块切削加工形成义齿;(3)将所述义齿浸泡于染色液中,然后取出烘干后进行烧结得到所述多层透度、多层强度义齿。本发明中的方法得到的义齿由切端至牙龈端的渐变自然和美观,切端至牙龈端从690‑1200MPa的强度变化,避免了氧化锆切端过硬对于对頜牙的伤害。
