Solid oxide fuel cell compact electrolyte and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a solid oxide fuel cell compact electrolyte and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) pugging: mixing yttria-stabilized zirconia powder (YSZ) with an additive to obtain a premix, and pugging the premix in a film rolling mill to obtain a compact electrolyte mud block; wherein the additive accounts for 30-50% of the weight of the YSZ powder, and the additive is a mixed solution formed by mixing deionized water, a water-based binder and a plasticizer according to the weight ratio of 100: (25-40): (25-72); and (2) carrying out rough rolling, finish rolling, drying, punching, degumming and sintering on the compact electrolyte mud block to prepare the compact electrolyte of the solid oxide fuel cell. According to the present invention, the film rolling molding method is adopted, and the water-based binder and the plasticizer are combined, such that the electrolyte is densified at the relatively low sintering temperatureso as to reduce the power consumption and save the cost.
本发明提供了一种固体氧化物燃料电池致密电解质及其制备方法。制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)炼泥:将氧化钇稳定氧化锆粉末(YSZ)和添加剂混合,得预混物料,将预混料置于轧膜机中进行炼泥,制得致密电解质泥块;其中添加剂占YSZ粉末重量的30‑50%,添加剂为去离子水、水基粘结剂和增塑剂按重量比为100:25‑40:25‑72混合的混合溶液;(2)对致密电解质泥块进行粗轧、精轧、干燥、冲片、除胶和烧结,制得固体氧化物燃料电池致密电解质。本发明采用的轧膜成型法,并且结合水基粘结剂和增塑剂,在相对更低的烧结温度下使得电解质致密,从而降低了功耗,节约了成本。
