The embodiment of the invention provides a preparation method of a carbonaceous molded body, the carbonaceous molded body and a cooking utensil. The preparation method comprises the steps that preparing raw materials into a mixed powder in proportion, wherein the raw materials at least comprise carbonaceous powder and an adhesive; adding the prepared mixed powder into a mold, and pressurizing themold for preset time through an isostatic pressing process to form a carbonaceous green body; and sintering the carbonaceous green body in a vacuum environment, and cooling the sintered carbonaceous green body to room temperature in the vacuum environment. According to the preparation method, by adopting an approximate powder metallurgy mode, the processing period of the carbonaceous molded body can be greatly shortened, so that the cost of the carbonaceous molded body can be reduced, and meanwhile, the preparation method is simple and convenient to process, and can completely realize batch production, so that the production efficiency of the carbonaceous molded body can be improved, and the popularization and application of the carbonaceous molded body are facilitated.
