The invention particularly relates to a device capable of guaranteeing ecological flow discharge. The device is used for adjusting a gate in water flow and comprises a pull rod and a locking portion.The pull rod is mounted on the gate and extends upwards to be used for guiding and lifting the gate. The locking portion is arranged on a gate slot platform on the outer side of the gate. The pull rodpenetrates through the locking portion and is adjustably fixed to the locking portion. After the pull rod lifts the gate, the locking portion fixes the gate along the gate slot platform, the gate iskept opened, the water flow is discharged, and the ecological water demand in a downstream river channel is guaranteed. The device is simple in structure, low in cost, small in building difficulty andlow in operation and management requirement and has good economical efficiency, practicality and applicability.
