The water conveyance project deicing device comprises the groundwater reservoir, a water pumping pipeline, a water injection pipe and a cover plate, and the water pumping pipeline is used for pumping warm water in the groundwater reservoir into a channel when channel water temperature is low, or used for pumping the channel water into the groundwater reservoir when the channel water temperature is high; the water injection pipe is connected with a water outlet of the water pumping pipeline, and used for mixing the warm water in the groundwater reservoir and surface water in the channel, or pumping the channel water into the water pumping pipeline; and the cover plate is arranged at the upper part of the mixing section of the channel, and used for covering the mixing section of the channel. According to the water conveyance project deicing device, at the severe icing section of an inter-basin water transfer and long distance water conveyance project, the groundwater reservoir of geothermal reservoir engineering is used, and the warm water in the groundwater reservoir is pumped out, and mixed at the surface layer of an open channel, so that purpose of increasing the surface water temperature for deicing is achieved.
